On Friday, December 4, 2020, a New York judge ordered the federal government to restore the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program to its original state.
Please join us for a virtual information session on Monday, December 14th at 3:00pm to discuss updates to the DACA program and how these changes may impact you. Jason Hernandez, Staff Attorney with the Rutgers Immigrant Community Assistance Project (RICAP) and Elizabeth Atkins, Associate Dean of Students, will provide information on changes to DACA and answer questions from students, faculty, and staff.
